What to expect with vein treatments like sclerotherapy or laser?
A sclerotherapy or laser vein treatment can take anywhere from 10–45 minutes, depending on the number of veins treated. With sclerotherapy, you may feel small pinches during the injections, followed by mild stinging or pressure. With a laser treatment, you may feel brief warmth or snapping sensations as the laser targets the veins, but the treatment is generally well tolerated.

How it works
Sclerotherapy uses a specialized solution injected directly into targeted veins, causing them to collapse and gradually fade as the body reabsorbs them. Laser vein treatments use focused light energy to heat and close visible veins without injections, allowing them to be naturally cleared over time. Both approaches are minimally invasive and can be customized to effectively treat different types of veins.
